Cliff Lede Vineyards was established in 2002, when Canadian businessman Cliff Lede purchased approximately 60 acres in the Northern end of the Stags Leap District. The winery’s vineyards are planted to Bordeaux varietals - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. In April 2004, the vineyard released its first small-batch bottling of the Cliff Lede 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon. The flagship 2001 Poetry Cabernet Sauvignon was released shortly after in October of the same year. | Yountville, CA Phone: 707-944-8642 Website: http://www.cliffledevineyards.com/index.html Appellation: Yountville Tasting Room: Open daily form 10 am – 5 pm.
