Hand harvested from single vineyards “Sarda” and “Monte Alto” at 650 meters altitude (2100 ft.).
Made from vines 40-50 years old.
Yield is less than 1kg (2 lbs) of grapes per vine.
Aged on its lees in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Alcohol - 14.5%.
Serve at 16º C (60F).
