2006 Zinfandel
Chiles Valley District

Brilliant garnet color and romantic old world aromas make a dazzling impression in the glass. Tangerine blossoms, hibiscus flowers and layers of exotic Asian spices round out the n ... moreose. Fantastic depth and richness characterize decadent dark chocolate and deep black cherry flavors on the fleshy, velvety palate, also revealing subtle cedar, creme de cassis, and layers of cardamom, allspice and nutmeg. Fall in love for the first time all over again with this full-bodied, opulent, yet seamlessly integrated wine.

2006 Chardonnay
Chiles Valley District

This wine is characterized by a crystal clear brilliant canary diamond color and an impressive nose of Key lime, tropical pineapple, honeysuckle, kiwi and Meyer lemon zest. It is b ... moreright, spare and lean with unmistakable chardonnay roundness. This is a refreshingly deep wine with a subtle creamy texture and the slightest hint of toasted brioche on the lengthy finish. Its firm acidity persists through layers of classic fruit, balancing the richness of its distinct chardonnay quality and reflecting the minerality of the hillside vineyard source. Non-malolactic fermentation, bright acidity, and westerly hillside exposure result in a uniquely lean, deep chardonnay. Drink now through 2020.

2004 Chaos Theory Cab/Zin Blend
Chiles Valley District

This wine is exciting from the moment it livens up your glass with brilliant ruby color and sapphire undertones. The fragrant nose has mocha java cocoa powder, toasted vanilla, and ... more rich dark fruit with a hint of lavender. Vigorous and long with great depth, this wine is densely layered with flavors of cassis, bittersweet chocolate shavings, blackberry fruit, burnt sugar, subtle cedar and a final zest of kumquat. This iconoclastic wine is forward and expressive, with an edgy newness. It blends the best of both worlds: the cabernet component is present in the structure and tannins and intense dark fruit, providing a dramatic frame for the exuberant, lush zinfandel component. The result is a vivacious yet seamlessly balanced wine that delivers a unique palate experience.

2003 Cabernet Sauvignon
Chiles Valley District

The 2003 growing season was memorable for its unpredictability. Early rain and late heat spikes resulted in a lower overall yield but produced a vintage with high quality, great co ... morelor concentration, and intense flavors. The nose shows layers of dried tobacco leaves, ground coffee beans, a dusting of Valhrona chocolate, and dark fruit blossom. This wine has a phenomenal texture with very fine tannins and a silky mouthfeel and dark lingonberry fruit flavors integrated with berry blossom and toasty oak. This wine has amazing structure and the expressive tannins indicate great cellaring potential.
