Brophy Clark Cellars produces approximately 2,500 cases of wine annually. Working with small lots, John and Kelley are able to handcraft each wine and personally handle all phases of the winemaking process. The wine was 50% barrel fermented and aged six months in French oak. Fresh aromas of Meyer lemon, Casaba melon and kiwi with hints of lime zest and fig highlight this wine. Crisp natural acidity is balanced by a subtle background of French oak.
