Don't let the pink color discourage you from trying this wine. This is not a sweet wine but rather a dry Rose. It is comprised of 50% Syrah with the balance in Mourvedre, Grenache ... moreand a touch of Viognier. It has a nice, crisp acidity and a bright mouth feel. The flavors consist of green apple and pear. Like a sparkling wine, this Rose' is the perfect compliment to most foods, especially those on the spicy side! It is the ideal 'red wine' for the summer season!
