2006 Estate Sauvignon Blanc Arroyo Grande Valley
A perfect reflection of the superb quality of its growing season, the 2006 Estate Sauvignon Blanc gives
complex aromas of gooseberry, white currant, lime and a touch of wet ... morestone. Dry, medium bodied, and very
well defined, the wine continues on the palate with nice minerality and a clean, zesty finish. This wine has
wonderful balance and will gain even greater complexity with short-term age. Try it as an aperitif, with grilled
asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and sprinkled with goat cheese.

2006 Estate Chardonnay Arroyo Grande Valley
Hints of mineral, grilled nuts, toast and anise along with more dominant notes of orange blossom are
present in the aroma of the 2006 Estate Chardonnay. On the palate, the f ... morelavors are consistent with past
vintages: lemon, hints of pineapple, and subtle mineral tones. The texture is a bit softer and richer and the
flavors more concentrated than the 2005 vintage. This versatile wine pairs well with filet of sole, halibut or
grilled chicken breast.

2005 Pinot Noir Edna Valley
This rich wine opens with gently perfumed notes of cola, dark fruits, asian spice box, dry herbs, smoke,
and damp earth. This complex bouquet continues on the palate, medium ... more bodied, round, and welcoming.
Quite silky on the mid-palate, it finishes with well-defined, chalky tannins and refreshing acidity. As with
most of the wines from the 2005 vintage, this wine is easy to enjoy now, but will improve over the next 2-
4 years in the cellar. Pair it with salmon, grilled quail, or a wild mushroom risotto.
