A perfect reflection of the superb quality of its growing season, the 2006 Estate Sauvignon Blanc gives
complex aromas of gooseberry, white currant, lime and a touch of wet stone. Dry, medium bodied, and very
well defined, the wine continues on the palate with nice minerality and a clean, zesty finish. This wine has
wonderful balance and will gain even greater complexity with short-term age. Try it as an aperitif, with grilled
asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and sprinkled with goat cheese.

First tasted wine at local hotel in Shell Beach. I always think it is a good sign if local restaurants stock the wine. Excellent flavours as good as the best New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs.
