Parry Cellars, Napa Valley's smallest single vineyard winery, is proud to offer you our finest cabernet sauvignon wine (granted, it is our only wine). The wine comes from our family owned half-acre vineyard in front of our home on the Silverado Trail just north of St. Helena. Despite its tiny size, the vineyard has over 1,200 cabernet sauvignon vines planted on rocky soil studded with obsidian. The vines, lovingly hand tended and stressed by the rocky soil, close spacing and and an exceptional microclimate, produce a very limited release of 200 cases of a rich, elegant, fruity 100% cabernet . | St. Helena, CA Phone: (707)967-8160 Website: http://www.parrycellars.com Appellation: St. Helena Map to Parry Cellars

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena
An elegant cabernet showing wonderful aromas of vibrant wild blackberry and cassis with underlying Bing cherry, raspberry and blueberry preserves and faint roasted coffee bean note ... mores. On the mouth the wine has a velvety entry with a well balanced, medium weight mid-palette. There is nice vanilla and toasted oak on the finish with lingering berry components.

2003 Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena
Parry Cellars 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant cabernet. It has a beautiful ruby color with aromas of blueberry, boysenberry, blackberry and well integrated oak with faint no ... moretes of cardamom, white pepper and truffle oil. In the mouth, the supple, sweet entry opens up into a mid-palate laced with an excellent balance of tannins and berry fruit. The finish lingers with wonderful blackberry and cocoa notes. The wine was aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels (44% new / 56% once-used) and was bottled without fining and filtration to preserve the true beauty of our fruit. It pairs well with beef short ribs, a barbequed flatiron or roast pork tenderloin. We are sure you will enjoy this wine now or after bottle aging for a few years.
