Hidden Creek Wine is produced at The Crush, a boutique urban winery. The grapes are purchased from small vineyards and processed in small lots. The objective is to make the best wine possible by only selecting grape varietals from appellations that have the right weather and soil conditions to produce great grapes.

This wine was aged for 10 months in neutral French oak, it has good fruit flavors and a bold presentation with good mouthfeel while retaining many of the traditional Viognier attri ... morebutes of herbal and flowery notes. Although the oak used was 4 fill barrels the wine still extracted many aromatic notes that are immediately apparent on the nose.
