The origin of great wine is superb fruit. In honor of that philosophy, Krupp Brothers Estates has named their Bordeaux-style wines Veraison, a viticulture term referring to the crucial time during ripening when the grapes' skin color deepens from an opaque green to a dark purple. There are four wines under the Veraison label: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and a meritage called Synchrony. All the fruit for these wines are from Stagecoach Vineyard, except the merlot which is grown on the Krupp Vineyard. | Napa, CA Phone: (707) 259-1198 Website: http://www.kruppbrothersestates.com Appellation: Atlas Peak Map to Veraison

2004 Synchrony, Stagecoach Vineyard Napa Valley
Deep red with black hues; Aromas of violets, cassis, plums and dark cherries
layered with dusty earth, bay leaf, cedary oak and sage. The palate is powerful,
round an ... mored rich. It has a sweet fruit center showing ripe fruit flavors of
blueberries, framboise, blackcurrant and dark cherry. The mouth feel is soft
yet displays tannins with a silky-velvety, supple finish. Serve with prime rib or
porterhouse steak. Enjoy now through 2018
