Our winemaking style, which is clearly seen in both these wines, emphasizes finesse, elegance, and the intense varietal fruit potential of grapes grown in the higher portions of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
The fruit for this wine comes from a single west side Paso Robles vineyard. When we first tasted the fruit at crush, we decided to try a different presentation than is normal for this varietal.
