DAVID NOYES WINES consists of myself, and my wife Grace, and relies on a lot of support from family and friends. We produce small lots of pinot noir, zinfandel, chardonnay and tocai friulano from selected Sonoma County vineyards at wineries located in the Russian River, Dry Creek, and Sonoma Valleys. My wines express the character of the vineyard, vintage, and my own esthetic judgment, informed through over 30 years of experience in the creation of noteworthy, well-regarded, premium wines; they offer distinct personality, balance and an excellent complement to fine cuisine. | Sonoma, CA Phone: 707-935-7741 Website: http://www.davidnoyeswines.com/index.html Appellation: Sonoma Valley Map to David Noyes Wines

2005 Tocai Friulano Sonoma Valley
The aroma explodes with citrus, citronella, and white pepper spice. In the mouth the flavors explore the range of floral fruit from earth to spice, with a persistent mineral finish ... more. The clean finish and assertive floral character allow the wine to make a perfect match to mussels or clams, the traditional pairing with prosciutto, or more simply, roast chicken.
