Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex wine with layers of aromas and flavors. Cassis, plum and cherry fruit notes are meshed with savory notes of bacon, briar, caramel and slight vanilla. Red fruit flavors are found on the mid-palate through to the lingering finish. This wine is aged for nearly two years in a mix of old and new oak barrels giving the wine a velvety finish with fine-grain tannins and a soft mouthfeel.
