2004 Wild Boar Cabernet Sauvignon

As with all of our wines, Ken uses a specific fermentation and barrel regimen for Wild Boar, allowing it to express its own personality. Aromas of black cherry, cassis and a hint of oak lead to a sumptuous palate of cherries and cocoa and an intense long finish that seems to linger on and on. The mouthfeel is rich and opulent accented by the full sweet tannins associated with great cabernets. The 2004 Wild Boar Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine to enjoy now for its bold flavors, but will reward those with enough patience to cellar it for five to ten years as it will begin to express nuances only seen in a mature wine.
