2003 Cabernet Sauvignon
Calaveras County

A dark ruby color leads you to a nose of cherries & black fruit, vanilla & spice with light floral tones. Followed by a mouth of jammy black fruits, chewy tannins with spicy dark chocolate, hints of coffee & tobacco with a light leather finish. Tannins and acid are nicely balanced, allowing this wine to cellar well for 5-10 years.

Won "SILVER" at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition!

Barrel Aged - 19 months 30% New Oak & 70% Used Oak

100% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
