Mario Perelli-Minetti Winery Cabernet Sauvignon |
2006 Miriam Napa Valley
This wine was produced 100% from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in Atlas Peak in southeastern Napa Valley at an elevation of 1500-1600 ft. These grapes mature 2-3 weeks later than the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the floor of the Napa Valley. The longer "hang time" and smaller yield produce richer, more intense wine with deeper color. 275 cases were produced.
The wine was aged 28 months in New French Oak barrels. This is our finest wine. |

Rating: 99 Just fantastic. Elegant, subtle and complex. European styling with the lush fruit of the appellation make a great combination. Cassis, plum, cedar and earth. Delicious Pairs well with A deep breath Reviewed by: Jhamz |
