"Piccolo" is the lightest of our Sangioveses, a drinkable, food-friendly wine that's at home at any meal featuring typical Italian fare.
Viansa’s 2003 “Piccolo” Sangiovese has a bouquet of Toasty Oak with scents of ripe cherry, blueberry, vanilla, oak and juniper. This medium bodied wine’s ruby red color eases to a magenta hue at its edges. A mouthful of ripe cherry flavors dominate with hints of nutmeg.
