Our limited bottling proves once again that our unique climate is perfectly suited for Rhone varietals such as this 2005 Viognier. Opening with perfume and coconut aromas, flavors of tangerine, maple, and pineapple coat the palate with nicely balanced acidity to round out the bright fruit characters, finishing with a generous amount of toasted oak from the short aging in new French oak barrels.
