2007 Viognier Paso Robles
Our 2007 Viognier is blended with 25% Roussanne. Right out of the bottle, an aroma of white peaches, bright enough to make a Georgia farmer proud, fills the air. The roussanne added in gives this wine a rich, mineral, well rounded mid-palate, with subtle notes of honeysuckle, and a finish so crisp and so bright, you could swear you were biting into a fresh yuzu. Chef Brandon recommends this with Eucalyptus grilled abalone with uni tamari emulsion. |
