Stevenot Winery Tempranillo |
2004 Tempranillo
Blended with a small amount of estate grown Graciano to give it added complexity and structure, it demonstrates lovely nuances of dark cherry and blueberry with a delicate undercurrent of mocha and toasted oak. A subtle layering of vanilla and cinnamon in the bouquet is complimented by a rich and lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Will improve with proper cellar aging for seven years. You can drink it on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to a variety of dishes including paella, chicken quesadillas, grilled pork tenderloin or spaghetti and meatballs. |
