Albini Family Vineyards was established in 1991. Although we are tiny by most winery standards, our Merlot and Zinfandel have received national attention for their quality and unique style. We produce about 500 cases of wine a year.

Our artisan style of winemaking follows a hands on, natural approach to making wine. We keep vineyard yields low. 2 to 3 tons per acre. All of our grapes are hand picked and sorted to assure only the highest quality fruit is used. Fermentation takes place in small open top fermenters utilizing indigenous (wild) yeast. The cap is punched down 3-4 times a day. Once the wine is dry it is pressed in a basket press and then transferred to barrels.
