Lambert Bridge Winery Sauvignon Blanc |
2006 Sauvignon Blanc Dry Creek Valley
Our Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic, crisp and full of flavor. This wine was stainless steel fermented until it reached 5 Brix. At that point 50% of the wine continued its fermentation in stainless steel while the balance was barreled down into three-year old French oak barrels for the final 10 days of fermentation. With aromas of melon and fig, a lively hint of lime cream and a touch of gooseberries, this vintage is sure to be a warm weather favorite.
Perfect for the summer season, we recommend serving this wine with goat cheese salad, grilled sea bass or scallop ceviche. |
