2006 Chardonnay
Livermore Valley
The grapes were sourced from a local Livermore vineyard owned by the Ridout family.
The wine has a golden color. On the nose, it exhibits aromas of lemon, green pear and some
stone fruits such as white peaches and nectarines. There is also a spiciness of nutmeg
and vanilla, and a floral hint of jasmine. The overall impression is crisp and citrus-like.
Aging of this 100% Chardonnay took place in new French oak barrels.
