2003 Englandcrest Syrah

While the 2003 Rubaiyat has very elegant and feminine qualities, the EnglandCrest shows the bigger and more brawny side of Syrah. From the vineyard blocks surrounding the winery, it has big sweet cherry fruit, smoky oak and bigger yet balanced tannins. Should improve for some time. 192 cases produced.
