Grown atop the Diamond Ridge, the grapes for this Malbec were hand-selected with great care. These very fragile and thin-skinned grapes require a lot of sun and heat. The result is a very big wine with intense flavors of plum, pepper and coffee. Would pair nicely with steak or other red meats.
