Grown in the rocky soil of the Red Hills appellation, this wine is strong, robust and full-bodied. Its deep, garnet shade enriches the glass as you swirl the wine in your glass. The aromatics are that of cherry cheesecake, vanilla and hazelnut crème lead your palate to that of fleshy cherries, mild oak, well-balanced acidity and vanilla spice. The finale of this enticing tincture is clean, focused with subtle oak tannins. It would pair well with a Carbonada (Braised Beef With Onions and Red Wine).
