This Knights Valley Cabernet comes from a vineyard, which encompasses the fog that drifts in late at night and hangs just briefly on the vines in the morning to develop firm acidity structure in the wine. The heat that pursues the valley during the day ripens the fruit to their full potential with layers of enticing fruit. Bright fruit aromas of blackberry and raspberry combine with a pleasant smokiness. A slight touch of cherry carries to the back of the palate.
