2004 Redwood Valley Zinfandel Reserve
Redwood Valley
The Redwood Valley is about 200 feet higher in elevation and slightly cooler than its neighboring Russian River appellation. This results in a gradual ripening of the fruit, producing wines that are refined and complex. Our 2004 Reserve Zinfandel is striking in color with generous and blackberry, plum and black peppercorn flavors, and a background note of spicy oak. Additional aging produces an even smoother, lingering finish. Enjoy this limited production with a special roast duck dinner.
