The grapes for this signature wine come directly from the vineyard on the east side of the Ledson Castle. We let this wine age in the barrel for 30 months, in order to create more layers of oak structure. This firm structure gives the wine a longer aging potential than our non-reserve wines. Aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate & herbal tea lead you to smooth textures intertwined with flavors of blueberry, cherry liquor & coffee.
