Our Knights Valley Merlot Reserve was hand picked, hand sorted, gently de-stemmed, and fermented with controlled temperatures in a small stainless steel tank to extract full color and flavor along with rich and subtle tannins. Aromas of ripe cherry with hints of toasty vanilla linger under your nose while flavors of rich, vivacious berry and powerful plum coat your palate. Coupled with round, soft tannins, this wine screams drink me! I enjoy this wine with spicy pork tenderloin or warm, hearty lasagna.
