Pietra Santa Winery Sangiovese |
2003 Sangiovese Cienega Valley
This estate grown wine offers rich berry and spice flavors and soft, earthy undertones with lots of depth and complexity. Although barrel aged for almost two years, the oak doesn’t dominate, making it a versatile wine with virtually all types of food. This wine showcases Alessio’s talent with the Sangiovese grape gained from making Chianti in his native Tuscany. A rich and structured wine with quite a following. |
