Guava nectar, peach marmalade and grapefruit. This is a full-bodied wine with medium acidity, a firm mid-palate and a lingering finish. After a 24-hour soak on the skins, the wine was aged sur-lie in 50% new French Oak barrels. The final blend includes 25% Semillon
