Our 2006 Viognier flashes with hues of pale, sparkling yellow, speared by youthful streaks of green. Aromas of white peach blossom and stonefruit bounce from the glass, complimented by a gentle hint of toasted oak. Nectarine flavors converge with subtle lychee flavors, offering an even feel, nice length and a slightly crisp, clean finish. There is a sense of charm amongst the elegant flavors of this wine. Try it with chèvre and other fresh cheeses, or in white wine vinaigrette.
