Made from Trousseau gris (aka Grey Riesling) grapes picked at 30Brix and finished at 6% sugar and 12.5 % alcohol--it is not the syrupy cloying style of many late harvest/ice wines, but is refreshingly light and crisp and great with fruit or creamy blue cheeses!
