This 2006 Marsanne is fruitier than the 2005, with aromas reminiscent of orange, tangerine and apricot, along with notes of almond and pepper. A moderately rich entry is followed by a full viscous mid-palate dominated by orange-tangerine flavors. The hint of tannin in the finish promises further evolution and age-worthiness.
