The grapes for our 2004 Edna Valley Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon were selected from some of the best vineyards of northern San Luis Obispo County. Our criteria for these vineyards included well-drained soils, favorable hillside locations, and owners who truly desire to “grow” good wine. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels to mature slowly and develop complexity.
