2006 Estate Zinfandel
El Dorado

Ruby red in color, this 100% Estate grown Zinfandel draws you in with aromas of spice, smoke & vanilla. It has a deep concentrated core of ripe raspberry and cocoa on the mid-palate ending with a ripe black-cherry finish that is texurous & long, with bright, smooth tannins. Serve with rack of lamb, spicy vegetarian dishes, red sauces, hearty stews & barbeque. Aged in 100% American oak for 12 months, 30% new. Drinking now through 2014.
