We started planting our Zinfandel vineyard in 1982. It is certified organic. 2004 was another great vintage for Zinfandel here at Wild Hog. The field blend of 10% Petite Sirah from our own vineyard adds depth and complexity to this Zinfandel.
A warm rich nose of dark fruit greets you and is followed by lush dark cherry and plum. A velvety and smooth mouth feel with a rich creamy finish assures your enjoyment. Let this wine breathe for at least ½ hour.
