Beautifully ripened Bliss Vineyard block #6 Merlot was crushed then soaked for three days to extract soft, chocolate/cherry flavors and generate a rose blush. A fermentation was initiated, followed by a quick pressing, blended with grape spirits and barreled in French oak for 10 months to produce this classic dessert wine. A taste of nectar from the Merlot vineyards of Brutocao for you!
