Our first-ever Grenache Noir release. Deep ruby color, fresh with inviting nose of plums, lavendar and raspberries. Hints of red licorice an dspice. Extra long finish on back palate. Enjoy with well seasoned meats, vegetable skewers or roasted game hens. Floral component lends itself nicely to creme brulee or flan type desserts. Pour at cellar temperature of 58 to 62 degrees F. Will cellar well. 13.8% alc. Bottled July 2006.
