The color is a vibrant rose petal reddish blue, and the aromas start with fresh dark red fruits blueberry and boysenberry then reveal a more complex floral and spice note like sage and lemon balm. The influence of French and American oak sneak through hinting with aromas vanilla and creme brulee. The palate resonates what was found in the aromatics, and the finish has a lingering interplay of cherries, spcie, and blueberry. The texture is silky, and the wine has incredible length to the finish.
