The combination of two types of oak has also layered subtle nuances of vanilla, fresh roast coffee, and brown spices. This balanced wine offers a well-structured mouthfeel and soft fine-grained, supple tannins that contribute to a long toasty oak finish. This Cab is round, balanced and inviting.
