100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our Estate Vineyard (Blanches Vineyard), our 2003 exhibits firm tannins underlying the dark cherry & tobacco flavors with a moderately long finish. Well balanced fruit / tannin / acidity components should allow this vintage to develop through the next five years.
