From Cooper Vineyards in the Shenendoah Valley, my 100% Barbera is full of bright red cherries and brambly spice. Picture drinking it on a grassy California hillside on a warm summer day.
I think that my Barbera really represents the joy of drinking wine! This unique and intense wine would pair well with Italian Sausage, Antipasti, strong cheeses or Spanish style tapas.
