Rich in color - a dark cranberry with a purple haze and a very full body. Smells spicy with subtle hints of sweet honey. Taste is smooth with hints of raspy dark fruit that is sweetly flavored, a little dry with a smooth pepper finish. Perfect with steak or other red meats.
