Imre and Emery pulled a bottle of this out, took a taste and decided it was time to put this girl on the line. She’s deep red in color with a purplish rim showing spicy rich flavors of blackberries and cassis. Our ’01 Cab is dry, medium-bodied with just the right amount of oak and tannin. Uncork about an hour before serving and just watch how the fruits open up in this wine and become almost explosive on the palate!
