Our 2005 Viognier showcases the richly textured fruit and expressive flavors that are unique to the Santa Ynez Valley. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, then racked to French oak barrels for a balance of fermentation. The result is an exquisitely balanced Viognier that begins with vivid aromas of lilac and vanilla, followed by concentrated flavors of white peach, apricot and pear. Accents of exotic spice engage a long, quenching finish. |
