This delicious, rich, cabernet sauvignon is the result of low yields in the mountain vineyard, and traditional Bordeaux vinification techniques. The use of 100% free-run wine only, and bottling 100% unfiltered focus this wines pure, intense, flavors. Perfumed aromas of blackberries, cherries, minerals and mint, are followed by an array of grape, cassis, chocolate, vanilla, mineral, coffee,and caramel notes on the velvety finish.
