2005 Sauvignon Blanc
Valley View Vineyard

This Sauvignon Blanc ripened early in 2005. It was entirely cold fermented and exhibits the lovely, ripe pear and Golden Delicious apple aromas and flavors for which this vineyard is renowned. After fermentation, it was racked to new French oak barrels for three months to gain additional notes of toast, roasted grain, and alluring spiciness.
