Bianchi Pinot Noir is a rather distinctively bold, deeply rich, and intensely flavorful wine, amply spiced in oak tones. It is a fine example of Steve Encell’s Westside Paso Robles cool microclimate vineyard. Enjoy now, and cellar a few bottles for a couple of years.
